Class Policies
Class Enrollment Policies
- Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- Registration can be made via phone @ (281) 204-7768 or via this web-site.
- All classes require payment in full in advance of the class
- All checks should be made payable to Rescom Consulting.
- Most classes require a minimum of 10 registrants to be conducted, all classes
will be cancelled if the minimum attendance is not obtained three (3) business
days in advance of the class. Should this occur you will be notified.

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Instructor no show - In the event the instructor does not show up at class time,
the prepaid deposit will be refunded to the class registrant.
- Weather Related - In the event weather prevents a given class from being
held, the prepaid deposit will be refunded to the registrant.
- Insufficient Registrants - Should an insufficient number of people register for a
given class, the class will be cancelled three (3) business days prior to the
date of class and all payments will be refunded to the class registrants.
- Registrant Cancellation - Should the registrant need to cancel his/her
registration for a given class, it must be done three (3) days prior to class date.
Failure to meet this requirement will result in loss of your payment.
Class Conduct Policy
- All students attending a given class for Continuing Education Units MUST
remain in class for its duration to obtain credit.
- License holders must bring their Texas Air Conditioning wallet card and one
other photo-id to class. If these documents cannot be provided upon
registration, CE Units WILL NOT be given to the student.
- All students will be required to sign a class attendance sheet upon completion
of class.
- All cell phones and pagers must be turned off during class.
- All students will receive a class completion certification within 15 days of
successful completion of a class.
Other Important Information
- The Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation will be notified within 7 days of the class date
that the License Holder has completed their requirement for Continuing Education for the current
license period.
