The continuing upward pressure for higher levels of efficiency in
structures has created a shift in the relationship between sensible
and latent loads in structures as a result of higher levels of
thermal insulation, highly spectral sensitive glass and major
changes in the amount and quality of infiltration air.

This class will offer an overview of the changes that must occur in
the design and installation of mechanical systems within these
high performance structures to lessen the likelihood of litigation
as a result of mechanical installations.
